SUNLU PP 2.0 is a lightweight, low-density material optimized from PP, offering faster printing speeds and a more stable printing process. It is suitable for producing impact-resistant and chemically resistant parts.
Chemical Resistance. Printed parts withstand various common acids, alkalis, solvents and lubricants, resisting swelling or dissolution caused by chemical media. Widely applied to lab containers, chemical tooling, fluid pipe fittings and other components exposed to chemicals.
Improved Heat Resistance. Optimized polymer formula delivers an elevated heat deflection temperature. The printed parts resist softening and deformation during long-term service, meeting manufacturing requirements for high-temperature components, heat-resistant molds and constant-temperature test fixtures.
High Toughness. Balanced rigidity and toughness. Printed models endure bending and impact without brittle fracture. Perfect for latches, hinges, wear-resistant stressed fittings and improves service life of moving functional parts.
Lightweight. Lower material density significantly reduces the weight of printed parts with the same dimensions. It effectively cuts weight while maintaining basic structural strength. Ideal for self-weight-sensitive components such as RC aircraft parts, drone accessories, lightweight tooling and wearable devices.
Low Warpage. Optimized molding shrinkage greatly reduces the risk of warpage and distortion during printing. Large flat and wide-area models can be stably formed, minimizing print failures and dimensional deviations.
Food Contact Safe. The filament adopts compliant food-contact-grade raw materials with no harmful substances leaching out. With proper post-processing, it can be used to fabricate tableware, food molds, snack storage boxes and other food-related products.
